“Never seen a so bad and dirty Hotel”

We had a one month stay in Vietnam. The Tai Ngan Hotel was the worst hotel we had during our stay. We strongly recommend you not to choose this hotel. It is very dirty, there are little rats sh... on the bed !!! The balconey is full of moskitos. Further, the staff is impolite and not fair.
