Pro: Had clean sheets and AC. Great food, great location. Working wi fi. Cons: a few roaches, smelled terrible near bathrooms, slow bad service (most of Costa Rica is though). Loud at night and worried about the safety of our stuff in rooms.

Just spent the week staying at FTs. The location is prime, great place to stay, amazing food and amazing people! The owners dog "Dolce" is the greatest!

Just spent some time in Tamarindo and FT's is a great spot. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. Burrito's are very good (had a few of these) and the menu has alot of options. All-in-all a great spot and it's open pretty late for the area (11pm).

This place has the perfect blend between Costa Rica and the USA. The rooms are spacious and offer everything needed for a trip to the beach! The hostel is ideally located right in the middle of Tamarindo and directly across the street from the beach. The burritos are huge and their beer is some of the cheapest in town.
