This is a 'Wendy Wu' Hotel and had to suit their budget but it would've been great to start the China tour in more lavish surroundings. Good clean, comfortable room. Breakfast - good range of western and Chinese food, but hot food was luke warm. Coffee good. Smoke everywhere, even on 'non smoking' floors. A nice, modern, multi-storey hotel with spectacular urban views from the upper floors. Staff are pleasant, polite and helpful, although few speak English.
