“Luxury in Shanghai”

The hotel is elegantly designed in an excellent location that is in easy walking distance of many attractions in Shanghai. The rooms are luxurious but not particularly user friendly. The concierge services were adequate but not outstanding. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff in the lobby directing guests among the various elevators were delightful.

I stayed here in Jan 2013. I booked through a friend and got a cheap rate, probably wouldn't have stayed here otherwise. “Great Hotel”

Loved the hotel. Staff are so friendly, location is great. Many hotels in Shanghai but this is one of the better ones. Attended a meeting and the staff could not have been more helpful. The view from the bar on the top floor on a clear day is amazing.

“Shanghai's best.”

This hotel is a great location at the start of the Bund, but about a 30 minute walk from the river. Room rate is good but once you're there, everything is very expensive. Rooms are modern, and have great veiws over 25th floor.

“This is an ok hotel but not remotely five star”

If I was reviewing this hotel as a 4 star hotel, I'd rate it as a 4. As a 5 star hotel it's no better than a 3. We paid £150 per night for a deluxe room which was a low price for 5 star so we should have realised it wasn't going to be great. The staff are not... More

Located in Nanjing rd. one of the best buildings in shanghai. You can reach everything in 5 minutes. The hotel have an excellent service an is really clean. Swimming pool and spa. At the top there is a beautiful bar with an outstanding panoramic view of Shanghai.
