“Excellent”

Excellent all round. The hotel is a little old, but all aspects of my stay were excellent. The lounge and staff were fantastic and the rooms were great and very comfortable. The location also is very convenient.

“Peaceful”

Peaceful room, good sleep, which is unusual for me in a hotel. Nice environment, good food, pretty good service. Ran out of champagne, not so great. I recommend staying here. Room was great, good amenities. We stayed on a club floor room, so not sure about the standard levels.

“great location but rooms need to be renovated”

The location directly in Nanjing lu is great, even I don't like Nanjing lu. The stuff is very friendly and 5 star worthy. Unfortunatly the rooms are very awful. smelly (even non smoking), old furniture, incredible old and poor bathroom
