“Too Pricey for old facility. Updates needed badly.”

Old classic beauty from the OUTSIDE. Nice front desk. The rooms are in dire need of a remodel...not just a paint over job on interior or tubs. Steam clean or replacement of carpet. Find a good quality industrial air freshner to use in the rooms.
