Our hotel of choice whenever we are in this area. This time we selected the king whirlpool suite--extremely clean, spacious, and accommodating! Warm, friendly staff. had to ask twice to get the bedding changed. i had not been done prior to my arrival. when they finally changed them, they only changed the top sheet leaving dirt and hair that were not mine. breakfast people were very nice but the other staff was not helpful.

Staff is very friendly and responsive.. My wife and I spent night on way from Savannah to Memphis. The refridge wasn't working properly and they swaped it out immediately without hesitation. We were to stay here for 3 days and was staying because it was Pet Friendly and I checked with Hampton Inn's website and looked at the Pet Policy and it said nothing to the fact that PET COULD NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED and you MUST sign this policy. Staff are friendly, genuine, thoughtful and helpful. Facility is clean, well kept and conveniently located to shopping, business, and dining. I stay here at least once a year, usually in April. The views are pleasant and the location works well for whatever you are visiting the area for---business or pleasure. Highly recommend this Hampton.
