This HGI location is the benchmark for all HGI properties I have stayed at. It is the benchmark for all hotel chains which I choose to stay. The staff are the most friendly of any hotel of all my many stays nationally and internationally. The food is well prepared and the breakfast is to die for.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and efficient. We had issues with the cooling system in our room, but the staff worked quickly to address it. Overall, a very good experience and great value.

Plenty of places to stay in the Anniston/Oxford AL area, but you would be hard pressed to find one this nice at any price. 9.5 on a scale of 10. It would be a full 10 if they offered a manager's reception and/or a continental breakfast with the room rate.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The check-in process was quick and efficient. Internet access was easy to use and the room was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was very good, wait staff was better than what I've experienced in expensive restaurants. A great place to stop when traveling.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Oxford, Alabama for the funeral of my wife's father. We brought one of my sons and his family with us. The staff was aware of our reason for stay and were very helpful in every way. We were under pressure, but felt welcomed and at home. Thank you very much.

Overall excellent experience, will definitely stay here again. Located right off the interstate with several nearby restaurants. Hotel staff was very proficient and friendly. My room was clean, look almost new.
