We were coming back from Disney World when we stopped off in Orange Beach for a night. Oh my goodness, The Island House is awesome. Planning to go back for a whole vacation there. All of the rooms face the gulf! Wonderful time and a beautiful beach More

This hotel is a run of the mill hotel, definitely on the shabbier side. Nice view but I couldn't get out on the balcony. I called the front desk and they said someone would be right up to fix it, but it was 3.5 hours later and a second very insistent phone call before I got someone up to help.... More

However, there is a tropical storm warning for the entire gulf with threats of rip currents and torrential rains and flooding. I called to cancel and was told that I would have to pay a nights rate because I didn't cancel 72 hours prior. I... More
