- Montgomery La Quinta

Warren, the gentlemen who worked at the front desk was very pleasant and very helpful concerning the area. The hotel allowed pets, which we did not feel like taking in, offered free WiFi, "Sunny Side" breakfast (no eggs or meat), and was located near Taco Bell and a Japanese Steak House. OK, now for the bad stuff. The hotel is...

Locating lodging that accepts pets is more difficult than I thought. Either you have to pay extra per night or the place is not as clean as it should be. In this case, we had a very good nights stay. There was a place for a pet walk, the accommodations were clean, no extra charge for our dog, the staff...

I frequently travel to Montgomery on business and this is the place where I always stay. Even the best hotels will have hair in tub or a cockroach in room. The ONLY thing I do not like about this hotel is the difficulty in getting in and out of parking lot. The interstate off ramp and a main highway makes...

I've stayed here many nights over the past year, and it seems to get worse every time. A couple of weeks ago, no internet and no telephone to try to get internet restored. Tonight, there's not even television. LaQuinta should be embarassed that it's name is on this place. Avoid it at all costs!

This is by far the best "budget" hotel I have ever stayed in. We were in Montgomery for one night for a friends wedding and wasn't trying to spend a lot of money. I am so happy I found this place. Looks like it has just been renovated. The room was very nicely appointed and very clean. The staff was...

It's very cheap for a La Quinta. You shouldn't be disappointed considering what you pay for the room. You could get A LOT worse. If it was not acceptable, I would tell you.

The La Quinta is located off Exit 6 on I-85 east of downtown Montgomery in the midst of a typical busy commercial district. There are numerous restaurant options close by and it's about 15 minutes to anywhere downtown in rush hour. The hotel is older with outside corridors and little in the way of amenities. Rooms are fine--no better or...
