The hotel staff are amazing, they go above the call of duty to help you in any way they can. The resturant staff remebered me and was always helpful. Ryan was great at giving me suggestions to places to eat at in the area. Great Experience!

Stayed here two nights. It was nice. Clean, helpful staff, good fitness center, etc. But it was not so nice as the price would make you think. Breakfast is not included in price, and getting breakfast is a bit complicated. Other chains offer similar amenities, but at a better price.

We stayed here for 3 nights for a Junior Bible Quiz tournament. At check in, Brock, the manager was SO accomodating to us...first by switching rooms around to ensure all of us were on the same floor and then secondly by ensuring hot baked cookies were brought out for us. The staff at this hotel provided us with an exceptional level of service. The hotel was clean, room was wonderful. Enjoyable breakfast in the American Grille. No complaints whatsoever. Will definately return next time we are in the area.

I was in Mobile for just over week while my nephew was hospitalized. The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn were absolutely wonderful. My room was spacious, clean and made for a quiet reprieve from the hospital environment. If I am ever in Mobile again, this will be my first choice!

Nice hotel, nice room, nice staff. Everything just as I can expect. :) The traffic was a bit much but we were there to see Cirque Du Soliel Quidam so it was a bit thick anyhow. Nice hotel though, no complaints.

I have traveled all over the world and travel weekly for business... I have never been treated as bad as this hotel! After 3 rooms they still could not get it right.
