The room was marginally clean. Any dirtier, and I would have checked out. The room also stank of stale cigarette smoke. An average stay at a Quality inn is better than a great stay at a "Sleep cheap" hotel. The enclosed pool area was filthy with cigarette butts around the room, Smell of cigarettes in halls and musty odor. Room was clean , average amenities. Breakfast was OK clean and staff was helpful.

Check into hotel for maradi gras festivities. Rooms needs to be updated, bathroom is like a broom closet. Carpet was not clean. Tv is huge and outdated, plus we had to call 3 times for a remote control. Walls are thin and you will hear people coming and going all times of night. We checked out the next day.

The staff did a great job of accommodating our cross country team at the recent AHSAA sectionals. The hotel was in good shape, a little dated, but in good shape. I have stayed here for several times a year for the last 5 years or so. A great value and conveniently located. I would encourage anyone to stay here. -Coach
