i was given hotel voucher by hatten group. Wanted to use on friday & was told voucher cannot be used on friday and sat although no such condition stated in voucher. Wrote to hatten management more than 1 month ago about this and no reply to date. Is this the type of service from a good hotel?

the hotel is quite new and clean, we had a nice room and the breakfast is great ie good variety and spacious. the hotel is located at a very strategic place when one can access to Malacca town easily for sightseeing, dining, shopping and some other local attraction!

Very nice hotel and excellent location. Right beside Mahkota shopping centre and directly opposite to Pahlawan. It was my first stay at the hotel, my what a good first impression! The sea view room was awesome. Spacious room for the price we paid & plus they have 2 LCD TVs which pretty rare. Love the breakfast buffet. Very helpful and considerate staff as well.

This hotel is quite new and I'm giving a try to stay in this hotel. Interior of this hotel is superb and luxury feel. Even my daughter aged 1 years old also looks so happy when she entering the hotel room for the first day. Price also reasonable and will come back to this hotel for next trip in future.

We were very impressed with the room. Refreshing concept. It has two televisions in the room. The view from our room was beautiful. Great hotel very nice facilities and staff very helpful,restaurant was very pricey but excellent quality,very close to all attractions and a big mall across the road highly reccomended! Central location with easy access to the town.
