This place is a real experience. Bad accomodation, Elephants living within 50 feet of the rooms, Elephant dung, cow dung, everywhere! Only cold water for showers, no shelter from the sun , mosquetoes everywhere, bed like rock , like a hotel from hell, FANTASTIC ! wouldnt have missed it for anything

We originally booked this excursion based on the fact that we got to spend time with the elephants at the reserve. It turned out to be so much more than that. we visited this nature reserve in november 2005 and we loved every moment. the elephants were fantastic and the shanti well run, the early morning walk was well worth getting up at 5.30 for the the yoga lesson was great the fire side entertainment was a great laugh we would recomend this tour and we would certainly go back again
