Neeranand is very conviently located right in the heart of Kolkata, the entire area is commecial, this hotel is located on the 4 & 5th floor , its a Gujarati owned hotel , thus pure vegetarian, rooms are spotlessly clean, sheets changed daily , the food too is very tasty and hygienic, its an ideal place to stay for people... Nice location, in a quiet back lane close to busy main road. Not too much noise. Reception at 5th floor, with nice good old lift; rooms are on several floors with sometimes stairs but porter brings luggage. “an average stay”

this is average hotel. Not meant for holidays at all. Just a stay. Please take it for short halts only. Its okay for families as well. about 2 km away from Howrah Railway station. Hotel is on busiest road of Kolkata, so if you have to catch up railway or flight please leave this hotel earliest. Traffic sucks many time.

This hotel is located in one of the busiest streets of Kolkata and is about 90-120 minutes drive from the airport (moderate to peak traffic conditions). I would not advise this place for any large sized business meets or get-to-gethers, but surely is adviseable for travellers looking for an accomodation for a day or two, including travellers with families. “not worth considering for holiday.”

This is not a hotel for leisure stay.it mainly caters for the one "nighters" .I will not stay here again as the management seems always out to fleece you.the hotel is located on the upper floors of a commercial building and the lift is death trap ready to happen ,is not able to hold more than tree people at time... We needed to stay for one night as we had planned to go outside Kolkata next morning. The hotel very close to Burrabazar, the wholesale market in Kolkata.
