Overall experience was bit better than average. Staff etc were all good but i think professionalism is something which is a area of improvement for them. There were positives also. Overall, i m not disappointed but was looking for more professionalism as it was a 3 star propertly.

+ve: 1) Excellent location-just 1/2 km from the railway station 2) Excellent breakfast..you can eat to your heart 3) Good clean room 4) Good , caring staff -ve: 1) Closeby party lawn could be a problem during night if a function is happening. 2) Travel desk (Don't take taxi from the hotel, look for other local taxi options)

We have stayed in suites for two days on 16/17 nov 2012. Hotel is locates at main area. And rooms are comfertable. All staff from manager to gate keeper providing a great response with full respect. Room service is outstanding. We had breakfast two days. Food was really good. Overall its a good Hotel for family trips.
