if you are traveling across India and trying to save money, this is the cheapest place in Mumbai, its got the essentials, including a toilet, shower and drinks. i met a lot of travelers there, it's in a great location for tourists as well.

Disgusting - bed bugs left me with red sores all over my back, staff were rude, there was a massive rat in the dining area, we weren't given sheets, the room was dirty and poorly ventilated, damp covered the walls. Expensive too.
