Great location, great food. Very poor guest services. Needed at least 2 reminders. We also had construction work going on in the room next to us which was loud and disturbing. The corridor was also very dusty due to this. We had 3 rooms and there were AC problems with all 3. This is more like a 3 star hotel.

Novotel was amazing! Clean, Comfy, Modern! We had great views and the pool looked amazing! Great beach bar and the restaurants have yummy food! Great location, taxis and tuk tuks outside the door ready to take you anywhere! The breakfast was great and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Mumbai! Thank you :)

I want to thank the GM of the hotel for making my stay a very memorable one. The rooms are not the usual std Novotel, they are spacious, well appointed and with great sea facing views. I have been to novotel more than 3 times this month as I am a crew with indigo....the staff are really helpful and the food is great....the rooms are clean and the view is fantastic...a special thanx to the crew manager for being so flexible towards our needs...I will surely recommend the hotel
