“good place to stay”

I stayed there on 13th April..its a pretty nice pace with economical rates for such property..good ambience..clean rooms & hygenic bathrooms..plus very professional & efficient service.... I woud surely going to stay here again... Only suggestion is to include more dishes in your lunch buffet & yess..carry on the good work..:D

Few reasons why I recommend Keys hotel for first time travelers in mumbai having stayed there myself 1. Near to the airport . 30 mins max by auto , fare around Rs 60-80 2. Room big and clean, huge fridge, good food delivered in the room too, very good staff and service, perfect pick up at the airport, perfect location near the airport. Internet connection could be easier.

“Overrated place”

I visited this hotel after reading tripadvisor ratings. My experience however was totally different. The restaurant was just ok. Waiters and staff were more suggestive of menu offerrings as per their convenience and customer choice was of little value to them. Rooms were not clean. The feeel was not overall very hospitable.

“Wonderful experience”

Very nice place to stay. Food was excellent, specially the buffet breakfast. Staffs were very good, soft spoken and helpful, room service was too good. Rooms were big, neat and clean and very spacious. We stayed for four nights and it was a really wonderful experience. Will surely stay here in future too.

The rooms, the service, the restaurant everything was very good. The location might be a problem for some people but if you're comfortable with Google Maps navigation - no problems whatsoever. I will definitely choose keys nestor if I'm ever in Mumbai again.
