“Comfortable and great location!”

This was my first time staying at the Grand Sarovar. The location was in the perfect vicinity of all the shops we frequently went to. The rooms were spacious and decorated with a modern touch. “Average not so five star experience”

The hotel is at a good location. not so near to the airport. Food is average...ambience is not so lavish. I would suggest to skip this hotel if you are willing to pay a bit more then stay in Westin which is very near to this hotel.

“Needs some more service mindness”

Ordinary breakfast spread, decent size room, no dental kits etc (was told that I need to order them separately). Bad experience with food delivery - things mentioned in the veg combo were not there and had to re- order. Service was so poor that no one even came to pick the dishes inspite of reminding. Not a hearty experience.

“Good Clean Property ....”

Efficient front Desk , Comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms , good service , Good breakfast with good service . Restaurant staff is attentive . Used the health club which was small, but good as nobody was there to use it . In general to summarize a Decent Hotel , no complaints .

“Great business or leisure hotel”

Good value business hotel with great range of facilities. Buffet breakfast had a good choice of international and local food. The pool was small but the rooftop location was perfect. Rooms were comfortable and stocked with all amenities you'd need and the internet was fast and reliable.

“Very good service”

This was my third time I went to this hotel and what I liked the most is their service. Eventhough is a small hotel their service is very very good. All their staff is very nice, One big advantage is the free wifi in their rooms.
