The worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life! Numerous times I had no hot water and when I phoned reptile to complain they would bring me hot water in a bucket to wash? Oh hell no! We have just stayed here at the start of our Explore tour of Northern India. This hotel is nice enough, but the staff doesnt make you feel very welcome -they just werent very helpful when asking simple questions. I had a problems always, during my stay in Marble Arch Hotel: from reservation to check-out. 1. Noisly. Very noisly. From my room 210 I had direct connection (via AC air system) to rooms 209 and 208.
