the welcome was pleasant, with a free cold juice; the views are spectacular. A little bit out of town, but worth it as it is peaceful after a hectic day in Kandy, and only 15 min by tuk tuk back into town, so not so bad. The rooms are pleasant and clean; the staff is extremely friendly.

Similar to recent reviews I can't understand how anyone has ranked the change above average! It is probably okay for one night of you have a driver but otherwise I would avoid. Very poor location - through winding roads and far away from lake and city centre, very hard to get to and from. Rooms are very average No pool and nothing else around - I am not sure why people like staying here.

Far away from the city, but very nice view. The room was smelling bad, the matrace was very hard. No good sleep... The linen was not very clean. We used our own sleeping bags. Ants when having breakfast. People ok nice, but we had the impression its about money making...
