Hotel located away from centre of Anuradhapura but easy access by car or bike. Lovely garden and swimming pool. Very quiet setting close to a beautiful lake. Restaurant served excellent breakfast. Room was comfortable but damp as were other parts of the hotel.

Hotel does not have prominent or clear sign boards at the main point of entry. It is a small unlit sign board facing only one direction. Stayed in this hotel while on a tour of Sri Lanka. Room was large and clean, but lacked any lighting in one half of the room - where the luggage shelves were, and the bedside lights were inadequate to read by. Grounds were beautiful and the pool was clean. The American 70s music at breakfast was a bit much though.

Arrived in town at night without a booking so we ended up here. Way overpriced, for an okay room, not very clean bathroom, and hot water not working. Hotel doesn't have wifi but they let us use their office computer briefly. Dinner was scandalously overpriced and dull, and the dining hall depressing. Nice garden.

The property should be renamed The Mosquito Hotel. The place is overrun by them. Not just in the public areas - the lobby is infested - but the rooms are full of the creatures, making sleep virtually impossible.
