Chefchaouen is a town built into the mountain. The medina is bright and cheerful and painted blue. The Hotel is so pretty, a little doll house. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Hannah is very helpful and speaks all languages. Breakfast is terrific.

I loved so many things about this hotel: great service from the staff, amazing breakfast (included) and dinner (upon request), cute rooms, unique layout of the rooms, nice courtyard and seating areas, and a rooftop with a view. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Chefchaouen!

Dar Terrae is located inside the medina (old city) so you have to walk there. It is a 4 story converted villa. so there are many stairs - some of them tight. :)
