The hotel is overpriced due to its location. Rooms looks more like a US 20 a night kinda room. Service is average. However, the location I just perfect. Far away enough from the noise and near enough to all the hustle and bustle. 2 mins walk from the pier.

Koh phi phi for me is the most beautiful island in thailand, and this hotel is situated in an amazing location, close to everything but stil far from the noisy tourists.
