Not sure why Kinnaree got bad reviews here. I stayed there for 4 nights with my friend. No problem at all. We got room on 1st floor. Air con, wifi (free), toiliet, showers,tv all worked well. They cleaned a room for you, if you ask. Location is also good. 7-11 is 3 blocks away, and didn't hear the noise/loud music... More

Location is OK. It's close enough to the action but not too close. You can only hear a soft thumping bass from the nearby bars. If you're interested in views, forget it so I would advise to keep the curtains shut. Here's it's about making a quick buck from for the phi phi partying traffic and not from returning customers.

room was small and smelly and old. not similar at all to pics.... full of bugs and ants. at the day we came there where no water in bathroom for 6 hour!!! and after the water was all brown. so couldn't shower, wash or flush. very rude staff. would not recommend to anyone for the crazy expensive prive of 1300BHT.......
