Hotel is almost 13kms away from the munnar town. Though the surroundings are quite amazing the service is just average.The food is also not good either. They charge a fortune for the sight seeing. The only saving grace is that you feel as if you are in the middle of a forest which is quite thrilling during the night.

it is a god hotel away from main Munnar town. Service is pretty poor as they do not have computerized systems to keep a record of one's orders. We ended up paying extra for somebody else's order. Rooms are small. Also, room service burnt the clothes given for ironing.

Stayed here for two nights in mid-December. The location, in a nice valley south of Munnar, is absolutely great. The natural beauty of the surrounding area was peaceful and idyllic. All Rooms smell damp or else of a can of tiolet cleaner/ air freshner.. Badly designed layout with all rooms onto central square so really noisy at all times.. food bad, staff and management unprofessional. towels and bedlinen old and stained.
