I stayed at this property in March 2012. The location is quite good, close to the Munnar city center. We payed around 500 INR for a room with 4 beds. The rates are quite reasonable for Munnar where prices are relatively higher than other parts of Kerala. The place overall is quite run down and in need of some renovation....
