A bit lacking on customer service, depends really on who is sitting at the front desk when you walk in the door or need something. For the price, this place rocked my world with it's cleanliness, excellent location, and filling breakfast. Great value if you are looking for no frills kind of accommodation.

The location was perfect, a block or two from the central square. It was nice to watch the street below from the dining area. Good service, price was great, my room was under $20! The one thing is some noise outside in their car parking area and in the hallway, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, definitely worth the price.

Hotel Coraza is a great place to stay in Otavalo. The rooms are clean and comfortable with full baths. The food market is only three blocks away and the craft market is about the same. Perfect location for us. Great breakfast is provided for about $35 a night for 2.

Nice staff, no frills, just a good, clean, quiet room, and a perfectly good breakfast. Prices were lower than I expected ($15 single with breakfast). If you're going Friday night to see the Mercado on Saturday, this place is perfect.
