Great staff ! Lovely room. This is a piece of history. As you sit at the sky top lounge just think 87 years ago this grand hotel opened ! No points other than life points. Keep the history alive what a great experience. You had to park across the street wow where was the last city you parked. A city...

I called to book a King Suite for two guests for two nights, and every time I called I had to wait minutes for someone to pick up. Then whoever picked up was
a) not friendly
b) definitely not competent
Well I made the mistake of going with the reservation because historic boutique hotels in my city generally have a...

Of all of the hotels I booked via the internet for our tour of the 'deep south', this was the only disappointing one. It was, and it worked out okay. We were assigned a room - room was not set-up (beds unmade, etc...). Most...

Thank you Redmont. My new husband and I needed to get away since we didn't get to go on our honeymoon. The staff was friendly and excited to have us there. We were able to enjoy our room and the rooftop. I can't wait for my husband to get back in town so we can go back. :)

Flight crew members, we frequently stay here. Hopefully not anymore. Woke up covered in quarter-size bedbug bites at end of October 2011.

Regarding the posting on this blog above. As General Manager of the Redmont Hotel, myself and my team members are dissappointed that this report was posted. Flight crews travel daily all over the country and stay in hotel after hotel each night. This stay was a Saturday night and was not reported to us until Monday and then it was...

I hosted my hubby's 60th birthday party in September, 2011 and found the staff at this quaint historic hotel to be superb! Beginning with Comekia Benson who assured me that everything would come together (in my manic state). But a staffer by the name of Brent was most helpfult he day of. This young man, who was working alone that...
