We even had to change rooms becuase they were going to be working on the water, they were extremely nice and helped us change rooms. No reason to be ugly about it becuase they were just so nice.... Front desk was very helpful and efficient. Pool area modest but clean, with nice little outdoor landscaped area adjacent. Room was very clean. Bed checked for bed bugs with none found.
