This is a beautiful and elegant hotel which is very comfortable, but what really makes it grand is the staff. True southern hospitality abounds at The Wynfrey. The best part of this hotel was the lobby. Upon arrival bed linens were found to be "not changed" because someones "personal" effects were left on the bed sheets. The Wynfrey is an older establishment; well located for the Southern Birmingham Traveler. My room was updated and the bed was WONDERFUL!! Very clean and enjoyable. The hotel is connected to the Galleria Mall and you can walk right from the hotel into the mall; great! Also, Shula's Steak House is in the Hotel. more
