Stayed here for two nights in the dormitory which was OK. The shower and toilet facilities not the best i.e. the doors didn't shut properly but the staff were very pleasant and very helpful. We have just returned from a week at the Hikers Hostel in Veliko Tarnovo. The hostel is magnificent and we have never experienced such incredible service before. The stuff treat their guests well... train station pickup, great common area and breakfast, what more do you need?
