I don't know who's in charge of food quality control etc, but i had stomachache every day i ate in the hotel restaurant. Simply terrible! The only day i had no problems at all when was i ate in other restaurants in town.
Hotel is overall good but please put someone capable in charge of food control.

- location was good near Ave Paulista (main street)
- free wireless is slow at 128kb but you can pay 45 Reals/day for faster service, or this may be included in your package

Great room and location.The pool is adequate.The bar at the pool has never been open when I've stayed here , Plan accordingly {BYOB Ha Ha}I love that many shops ,restaurants and salons are VERY handy. There have been renovations{very loud} underway for months so inquire as to the location of renos if you need peace and quiet during the day.
