Whether you're coming to Sao Paulo on business or vacation, this is an excellent hotel. New and well mantained hotel, it has an outstanding location, really close to supermarkets and many restaurants, and it is a walking distance from Iguatemi Shopping. The staff is extremely nice and effective. All the rooms have free Wi-Fi. More

We got there from a booking.com deal. I was afraid it would be old and ill maintained like the Othons, but I was extremely pleased to see that my fear was unfounded. Even though the facilities were not in pristine shape (I.e. pool had some algae and seemed to lack chlorine, TV was not properly plugged in but easy to... More

I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was really good. The gym and pool on the 25th floor had incredible views of the city. For breakfast, I would recommend the cafe next door. The location is good - close to some good restaurants and shopping. More

One of the best hotels in a fairly safe area. Hotel offers large, comformsable and quite rooms. Good bar downstairs. Nice gym and a tiny swimming pool on the top floor. Several bistrots, restaurants and coffee shops nearby ("Ofner" is good a bakery located right beside the hotel, but their cappucino sucks). More

The rates are way too much for the kind of hotel. The walls are too thin and you can almost hear the person snoring next door... So if you are a light sleep kind of person you won't like this. More

I stayed two nights in this hotel. Very practcal despite the traffic in Sao Paulo. The fitness room is nice and has been renovated not a long time ago. Please make sure however to get a room on an upper floor to avoid to noise of the street, but not too high because of the helipad... Did not try the... More

The location just off a major road is excellent for business and access to nearby good restaurants and a supermarket. Neighborhood felt safe, clean and comfortable - though of course that changes in the blink of an eye. Room was pleasant: good bed, great shower, clean and quiet with windows that open. We had zero problems with staff members' English... More

As a woman traveling alone on business, I always look for safe hotels. I reserved a room on the "green floor" to assure that there was no smoking allowed. My check-in was quick and easy. My room, located on the 20th floor of the hotel was fairly quiet. Guests only have key-card access to the gym, the floor where their... More

As I was reading other bad reviews, I couldn't believe how similar their experiences were with mine. Briefly speaking, 1) Customer service is ZERO! I will explain what happened to me to prove this point below. 2) Dated equipment with no maintenance at the Gym. I started using one of the treadmills, and while I was 5 minutes off of... More

The only good thing was the rate in an expensive city. Noisy rooms, poor breakfast. The staff is friendly but English should be improved for a business hotel! More
