The room was good. Not too noisy. The location is perfect for what I needed. A park nearbij for running and a Shopping Mall in front. It is not excelent but good for the price (compared to other hotels in Sao Paulo this is o good deal.

Hotel is well located with walking dstance from Sao Paolo business center in the vila olympia quarters. The personel is kind although most of them are not conversant in english. The construction activities currently taking place adjacent to the hotel make it a bit uncomfortable, double glazing would have helped a lot to reduce the sound level in the rooms... More

Old building and lots of make-up to hide it's age. Location can be a nightmare if there is any show going on in a club next door. Small kitchens in the rooms if you feel like cooking. Beds are squeezed into a small room.

The good: The lobby is nice looking but the hotel tries too hard to make it look 'fancy' by placing bad replicas of paintings in the lobby. There are working elevators.
