We spent just a night at the hotel, our exectutive apartment was large and clean. The staff was helpful (the first room we were assigned had some kind of problem with one of the light switches and the bellboy went to the reception and brought the keys to another room on the same floor). Breakfast is good. There are some... More

My visit to Campinas was for business purposes and in doing so, Vitoria Hotel was perfect. I liked the charm and very unique decor of the hotel, from the restaurants to the lobby area, a charming loft library, the ground floor area where the elevators were, which were decorated with unique caricature statues. The rooms were clean, large, spacious and... More

Visiting Campinas in Brazil is sort of like coming to the US and visiting, say, Columbus, Ohio. It is a pleasant and friendly place but certainly not a tourist Mecca! That said, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and this hotel was a large part of the reason. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of gorgeous fruit including... More

You will not find any American or Eropean chain hotels in this smaller Brazilian city called Campinas. The Vitoria Hotel is a very simple hotel with clean and reasonably sized rooms. Bathroom are equipped with oversized rainfall showers but no tub. Each rooms ( based on my previous stayin the hotel) have minibars and a small refrigerator. Daily breakfast is... More

A reasonable sized apartment room with TV in bedroom with CNN /BBC, free internet, free breakfast. Sheets on bed were threadbare. On eight floor still had a lot of street noise from front of building. Not much within walking distance. No gym, no pool. Not sure why anyone would stay here. Staff friendly - a bit of English spoken. Breakfast... More

Vitoria was a most pleasant stay in Campinas. The bed rooms were surprisingly commodious. A great bed, plenty of space, clean, quiet, good air conditioning - most comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful though English was a bit limited. The breakfast (included with the room) is substantial, but to an American who is looking for healthy options everything is... I have stayed in this hotel several times. On each occasion the staff have always been helpful with service and displaying friendliness. The added bonus is that their command of English was high which helps when an Englishman arrives who cannt speak or understand Portuguese! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and typically with wooden floors which I prefer. The... More

We use this property for company staff while in the Campinas area. The staff is mostly bilingual (for us English-speakers) and polite, if not a little distant. The two restaurants (Japanese and Italian) are quite good, with consistent food quality/presentation/service -- a place where I'm happy to eat at or take customers to. And the included breakfast, while high on... More

1. Better for business trips. Would not recommend for families. 2. Hotel eateries a a bit expensive (opinion). 3. Good location with some familiar US eating places)i.e. Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Subway). 4. The only disappointment I experienced was asking for an iron one night and no one every brought me one. On the next night I slightly complained about it... More
