i've just stayed overe ther last weekend and altough the location is right at the beach, there are many things that turn the staying in a great disapointment. Where do I begin to explain how bad this place is... the hotel is at very best a 2 star rooms are dingy, bedding is dirty and 30 years old.. no safes in room even if you book sea views, you will be told upon arrival that, if you would like full sea views there will be an extra charge...... More

I have the best memories of this place going there with my family. Buzios is a place you can't miss when going to Brasil and this is a great place to stay! Right on the beach, a great experience, what more can you ask for?

We arrived in Buzios without a place to stay and stumbled on this Pousada because we wanted something beachfront. While the hotel isn't the newest one in Buzios we ended up quite comfortable

Have just enjoyed an delightfully relaxing Christmas at this basic but clean and comfortable pousada, which is right on Buzios's trendiest beach (but about 4 km from town, with no direct public transport). It is a traditional Brazilian style pousada which is tastefully decorated with bright, welcoming seaside artwork. A fairly large pousada, built in French style architectiture right on Geriba beach, the largest and the safest beach in Buzios. The hotel is great for families with small children. The best rooms are the suites upstairs, all fairly basic but clean and comfortable. Leave your verandah doors open and let the sound of the sea lull you to sleep.... More
