Let me state what I understand by "Boutique" to describe a hotel. At a basic level it will provide the amenities of the big chains i.e. great rooms, clean bathrooms stocked with good quality soaps, good food, great local knowledge. We went to CasaGrande for Carnival 2006. The room was adorable, comfortable queen size bed, clean linens, bathroom was nice too with stand up shower (fits 2 -hehe).
