There are not enough words to describe the Amazing Experience we had at The Cachoeira Inn Buzios. Susan & Matt are the most Fantastic hosts in the world. We were welcomed with a platter of cheese & meats with the best Caprinhia's we had tasted on our 2 wks in Brazil. We stayed for 6 nts in the Igazu Room... More

We chose Cachoeira Inn based on Tripadvisor reviews. I expected it to be nice, but typically, places fall short of such glowing reviews. Not this place. It absolutely lived up to our expectations. You can't go wrong here. This Inn was near perfection. The home is beautiful and the owners/hosts, Matt and Susan, are fantastic. When we arrived, they welcomed... More

Wow, where to begin. We are so so so so happy that we chose to stay at the Cachoeira Inn! We are also thrilled that we added one more night to our visit in Buzios. We miss staying at the Cachoeira Inn, the hospitality of Matt and Susan (the owners) and to this day still think about the wonderful time... More

My husband and I chose the Cachoeira Inn for our honeymoon based on the trip advisor ratings. We tend to be highly critical of hotel stays and hospitality, but we were not disappointed! There are not enough stars for us to give the Inn. We had the most amazing time at this gorgeous oasis. When the sun shines on the... More

While planning a three week whistle-stop tour of Brazil we wanted to include a few days where we could properly relax at the end of our holiday. We had initially considered Ilha Grande to the West of Rio but we couldn't get the dates we wanted and looked East to discover Buzios. Trip Advisor led us to the Cachoeira (Waterfall)... More

We visited the Cachoeira Inn on our Honeymoon in Brazil. The layout is amazing. So many waterfalls and places to relax. Very private; perfect for romantic getaway. Matt and Susan are gracious hosts and offer great conversation. Very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The views are amazing; beautiful sunset. You can kayak to nearby beaches to have lunch. Susan... More

Like the best owner-run B&B's, Cachoeria Inn benefits from the fact that no detail is too small to be taken care of and no request too big. Susan and Matt are both perfect hosts and professional hoteliers who understand the needs and expectations of travellers looking for the "perfect Buzios experience". They make you feel at home in their wonderful... More

We spend the last week end of October 2011 in this place. It’s a spectacular place small and quit, it’s the place to go for relax and leave the stress out. The rooms are really lovely; we stayed at Iguazu suite, nice, very nice. Te design of the house, the waterfalls / pools, the reading / siesta areas total private... More

Cannot recommend Cachoeira Inn highly enough! Whilst their website is great, nothing prepares you for the beauty and 'wow' factor of the Inn! It really is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed, matched only by Susan and Matt's hospitality. I can think of nothing I would have changed about the Inn or our time there; it was the...
