“Excelente hotel for family”

I have been at Vila Galé Angra Resort for 5 days and the stay was very nice. The food has high quality and the menu is also good. I recomend if you want to have some relaxing days with your family. Nice place for children.

“In deep need of a renovation!”

The hotel is falling apart, the conservation is terrible, the gardens have weed everywhere, it needs a renovation ASAP. The bedrooms and common areas are dirty. There is mold and rust everywhere in the bedroom. The service isn't good and it can't be good as the employees are all tired of the double or triple shifts as we've been told.... More

The rooms are nice and fairly quiet. The pool and beach area is beautiful. The food is buffet style but was good for the most part. Excelent all inclusive. Rooms are not luxury, but are confortable and clean. Beautiful beach, very adequate for small children. Food is also good.

After reading all the reviews posted here, I'd say that nothing really surprised me. The hotel is better suited to famlily trips. I didn't mind the hustle and bustle of having children all around, but couples looking for peace and quiet had better stay away from this hotel. “Hotel sucks”

Poor service, even worst food. Very poor quality drinks,such as wines and other spirits, soft drinks are ok. The 3 restaurants compete to see which one can serve the worst food. They had a barbecue and the meat was uneatable. The service by the pool just does not exist. Too many kids, but even them dont seem very happy.
