the good: wonderful, helpful & professional staff, in a good location, beds are very comfortable, room we had was updated (except the bathroom). the bad: the bathroom was old & seemed dirty, towels had stains & were thin, we could hear noise from pool area. the ugly: the exterior & nearby vacant buildings, and the bathroom towels had stains.
