Ask for rooms at the front which are slightly more expensive ... They are worth it for the view and sunset. Nice service at reception. Nice breakfast. Well appointed larger room. Unstocked mini bar fridge (even water) which was a shame. Across the road from the beaches. Near to great restaurants and night life. Recommended.

This pousada is in a brilliant location right near the Barra lighthouse but that is the only good thing about it. The rooms are tiny, covered in ants, and the breakfast included stale corn flakes and the only bad-tasting fruit I had during my entire trip in Brazil.
