The hotel is fantastic in many itens: Excellente localization, near restaurants, supermarket, in front of the beach, etc; Roons large, confortable and with a beach view; Good breakfast; Lovely swimming-pool; Staff excelent; Good rate; The only problem is the wi-fi signal, but it is the only problem iin this excellente hotel.

The pictures and 5 start rating can deceiving, but don't let yourself be mistaken. I just spend 4 nights wiht my family, and my conclusion is this is a poorly managed hotel that is not worried about customer service and satisfaction. Excellent location, many good restaurants at walking distance. That's the only pro. Poor room quality, bad old bed and the pillow stinks. Unacceptable for a USD 200 hotel. There's also an extra USD 2/day for the use of the safe.

Nice hotel with excellent service, breakfast, swimming pool and tennis court. Very well located too.
