Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Although the building spells the hotel name but it is in Japanese characters and I almost missed it. It is during the Cherry Blossom season and the hotel is busy but the staff is polite and accommodating to all guests need. The hotel is within 20-25 minutes walk to the 17th-century Hirosaki Castle (Sakura) and an 11-minute walk from Hirosaki railway station. Most of the guests are locals thus the breakfast is mainly Japanese-style and it is healthy and wholesome. I am impressed by the LOHAS concept of this hotel.

We have visited Hirosaki during Cherry Blossom Festival and we booked this hotel directly on the hotel website and credit card was not requested. Check-in time is 3 pm and due to our early arrival we had to leave our luggage at the reception and we headed to Hirosaki Park to see the cherry blossoms. The hotel is 15 mins on foot away from the railway station. Bus ticket costs ¥ 100 pp or you can take the taxi which costs around ¥ 700. The hotel is 25-30 mins away from Hirosaki Park the place where cherry blossom festival takes part. It's one of the best places in Japan to see the cherry blossoms so if you are in Japan during the last week of April don't miss it. Room We have received rooms at 7th floor facing Mt. Iwate and during clear skies you can see the top of the mountatin full of snow. The room had TV, charging station for iphone and samsung, hair dryer, mini fridge toiletries in the bathroom. Bathroom is small and you need to be careful when you enter it. You can choose your pijamas or the pillow at the reception floor because the one from the room is very hard. There are no plug adapters available at the hotel so if you are not from Japan bring one with you. Breakfast There is a very poor breakfast for europeans because they have only bread, butter, scrambled eggs and jam available for europeans while the rest of the food has nothing to do with europeans' tastes. Breakfast time is from 6.30 to 9 am. It was an enjoyable stay and I recommend to everyone this hotel if you want to see the cherry in blossom. Wifi It's available in the public areas and in the room and is free of charge. Onsen There is only one onsen so there are different attending times for men and women. Check-out is very early, at 10 am, usual time however for Japan. It was an enjoyable stay and I recommend to everyone this hotel if you want to see the cherry blossoms.

This was my first stay at a Super Hotel, and I thought it would be a typical business hotel. But the service was great, and they let you pick your pillow according to firmness and material. The room had a really unique setup, and there was even a bunk bed. The onsen was so so, but you can always just shower in the room. Breakfast was really good and filling, and checkout was super easy!

I stayed there 2 nights, for my purpose it was the right choise. Nice clean room with free-internet. The bath is a little small but new. The included breakfast is typical japanese food. When you arrive early like me, 6am, then you need to pay an extra fee about 20 Euro. Have fun visiting Hirasaki Richard

My Mother (Nori Seito Smulling) and I stayed at your hotel in April of 2008 to visit the Seito family and during the Cherry Blossom Season. The hotel staff was very efficient, friendly, helpful and the rooms were very, very clean along with very quiet rooms. One hotel staff who I believe was a type of manager position was very helpful in helping me with emails back and forth to the United States. I would highly recommend this hotel to any visitors who visit Hirosaki. My Uncle Seiji Seito and Uncle Kozo Seito whom live in Hirosaki is the main reason for the visit. Thankyou for a very pleasurable stay. Sincerely, Risa (Seito) Franco Dumas, Texas U.S.A. [--]
