I usually stay at a nearby Hilton. The Westin was two-thirds the price, and provided excellent accommodation and service. Close to the metro, shopping and a long list of restaurants. My new place to stay in the DC area.

This Westin was a good experience for us. The bed linens were nice and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was nice as well and we especially liked the lighting in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower could have been a little better but we didn't run out of hot water as described in other reviews for this hotel....
