This was a terrible hotel. The room had an odd odor and the bathroom had ants. The manager and the staff are so rude. I was asling to switch rooms and they refused to even do that. The pool was disgusting! It was not clean. I have canceled all future stays at this hotel! More

Hotels in the DC area are expensive, and the Best Western looked like an affordable option for my family. While access to the Metro was fine, the room itself was sub-par. In particular, there were ants in the bathroom, and the shower varied between hot and cold every 30 seconds, making showers almost impossible to take. More
