A 2 night stay was very disappointing. Checked in late so ordered room service. It arrived but wasn't very good. A request for a receipt fell on deaf ears. An old dirty sock stayed behind the chair for both days. The bathroom floor was so filthy I had to lay down towels for a rug. Tub showed where last guest... More

The hotel isn't that close to downtown Austin, but its very easy to access. A bit of a random location---not much is around it though. However the happy hour is fantastic at the bar, cheap drinks and appetizers. Priority club members get two free drinks or a free appetizer. Rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The bed is fantastic.... More

My daughter was married in April and we chose this hotel for the guests because it was blocks from her home. I was hesitant because of the outside appearance, but because of reviews we went ahead. What a great remodel they are doing! Our rooms were new, still smelled of fresh carpet and furniture. What a treat! Very modern and... More

In town with the family. Choose it as it had some good reviews. Great interior and lobby. Only problem was the peppers resturant was closed. We could have eaten at the bar but I do like resturants better. More

We got this room thru Priceline name your own price for $45! It has a king size Sleep Number mattress. That may seem small or insignificant to some, but my husband prefers a firm mattress and I prefer a softer mattress. That translates into everybody is happy! More

Spent 4 nights here for a WWII reunion. The staff was great the hotel was clean. The first night we had a banquet style meal of BBQ that was the best BBQ brisket that I've ever had. The chef started cooking at 7am and we ate at 6pm. Don't pass up the brisket. Will post photos when I return home. More

Nice hotel going through a remodel. Room was nice but used to be a smoking room in a past life. Lots of construction going on as they are making the hotel nicer. Bummer that the pool was closed in the afternoon on a 100 degree day? More

Got a reward stay in an executive room for 15000 points. Great room, but noisy ac. Controllable softness bed was interesting- perhaps we'd get it right after more than 1 night. Hotel was friendly and generally good- we got a couple of free drinks as our priority club reward. Breakfast was dire- food not good, and coffee was hard to... More

Stayed there overnight. When I first pulled up, the property looked a little old, but it was very clean. Upon entering, it was clear to me that they had worked hard to update the lobby and decor. The rooms were perfectly clean. It looked like the rooms had been recently updated. The bathroom and t.v. had been renovated. The bathroom... More
