“Hell Hotel”

No service , overpriced , old cramped rooms, bad choice for a stay. Only good thing was location .Close to main roads and highways.No none smoking rooms. No towel service. No wifi. I would have a better stay in my car.

“NOT A FRIENDLY EXTENDED STAY!!!!! AVOID!!!!”

To start off with, it is extremely hard to reach somebody at any location. They're always out of the office or closed. We had to come back three times JUST to check in!!! Obviously, we regret this occurrence. We work closely with local law enforcement to keep our locations safe and quiet. We regret that your daughter was disturbed in this manner. It is InTown Suites' policy for any management entering a room to knock and announce themselves twice before opening the door and once more with the door partially cracked. Evidently, this was not done in the present case and we certainly apologize. More

This is the correct corporate number and address. We also have a toll free customer concerns line (800-769-1670). All concerns are addressed and investigated by our Market Managers who are based in the field not the corproate offce.
