No service , overpriced , old cramped rooms, bad choice for a stay. Only good thing was location .Close to main roads and highways. No none smoking rooms. No towel service. No wifi. I would have a better stay in my car.

To start off with, it is extremely hard to reach somebody at any location. They're always out of the office or closed. We had to come back three times JUST to check in!!! Secondly, they're not pet friendly. They allow children, but not animals...of any kind. We had to board our dog elsewhere. Thirdly, they do a routine housekeeping once... More

Intown suites told me if I complained about the toliet not working again, I would not be renewed for another week! I picked intown suites because of its location. It within walking distance to numerous fast-food restaurants, a convenience store and a major grocery store. The downside is that it is a bad neighborhood. So, I try not to be... More

This place is unbelievably awful. It doesn't deserve a 100th of a star. No other word for it. If you are a drug dealer, thug, or other undesirable type, this is the place for you. I would have left after the first half hour had I been the one to pay for the room and had access to a vehicle... More

We have received this review and will investigation your concerns immediately. Our Courtesy Officer is indeed required to obain ID before letting someone into a room. This is for your safety and the safety of other guests. However, it is not acceptable for our employees to be anything less than professional and we will address the situation appropriately. We will... More

Don't stay here unless you like living in a cave or basement. The mgr stopped at my room and told me I had to keep my window blinds closed, and this was in the middle of the day. I was only sunning my plants and they were on the window sil. Mgr stated that no one wanted to look in... More

I am very sorry to hear about your issues. We do our best to keep the property appearance uniform, which is why you were asked to close the blinds. Also, while your plant is certainly not objectionable, someone walking around a room partially clothed might well be. Therefore, to apply rules fairly and evenly, we ask all guests to keep... More

I stayed at Intowne Suites, Austin on North Lamar because I thought it would save me money. Well.... The area is littered with gang activity. If you are a 'gang banger/drug abuser/leach on society,' and don't mind that type of stuff, then by all means, stay at this InTowne Suites. Maybe you can carryout some of your gang-bang /leach on... Obviously, we regret this occurrence. We work closely with local law enforcement to keep our locations safe and quiet. Additionally, we have an on-site Courtesy Officer at each location to ensure the property is quiet after the office closes. Unfortunately, even with these efforts, we cannot prevent every crime. However, we will continue to make every appropriate effort to make... More

My daughter works nights, she was awakened at 11:00 am with her rent paid up the day before for a week. My daughter was nude, the manager walked in without a knock with the maid. She told him to get out and he told her to leave. He kept her money. I went to let her load my truck up... More

We regret that your daughter was disturbed in this manner. It is InTown Suites' policy for any management entering a room to knock and announce themselves twice before opening the door and once more with the door partially cracked. Evidently, this was not done in the present case and we certainly apologize. More

The reason you can't find any info, is that InTown Suites goes by Intown Suites MANAGEMENT INC. ! Their website has absolutely no info. If you can manage to get past their ignorant receptionist, you are as good as gold. If not ,she will get belligerant , cut you off and rudely transfer you to their "complaint message system /... This is the correct corporate number and address. We also have a toll free customer concerns line (800-769-1670). All concerns are addressed and investigated by our Market Managers who are based in the field not the corproate offce. Therefore, the customer concerns line does ask guests to leave information regarding the concern in a message so that we can contact... More
