If you're sensative to perfumes or overwhelming fragrance, this is not the place for you. The hallways and rooms reek from floral smells. If we hadn't arrived late and needed to catch a flight early, I would have left. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the staff friendly.

This hotel works great if you have an early flight or late arrival. the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even give you breakfast in a bag if you leave early. The pool was a nice way to cool off. it was more expensive especaialy if you want to be able to cancel.

I stay in a lot of Hampton, this hotel was fine except the internet was slow, and when I say slow I mean it took 2 minutes to open a simple email. Both wired and wireless were practically useless. the staff were the nicest people, always making sure we were comfortable. the ladies at the desk were so informative and so caring. the housekeeping staff doesnt walk in on you 11, which is nice. The rooms were clean and smelled great.

We had a nice stay until the last night when a giant cockroach was in our bathroom my husband killed it and took it to the front desk person who apologized but was unable to do anything to alleviate the situatiom

although the hotel was relatively clean (despite there being a pair of undies behind the dresser) , most staff were pleasant and helpful, and there was convenient shuttle service to the airport, i would not stay here again while visiting Austin. Stayed at this hotel as had a very early flight out and live nearly 2 hrs from airport. Their shuttle service worked well, and I was able to leave car for the 5 nights I was away. Hotel very clean and quiet.

We had a very nice stay in this inn. The driver of the van to the airport was very helpful and nice. The room was just right. Love those duvet covers on the beds. I would for sure stay here again if the need arises.
